By using this Website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website or place an order.

2. Applicability

These Terms apply to every offer, quotation and agreement between BESO Beauty and a consumer or business customer ("you" or "customer"), as far as the parties have not expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Any general terms and conditions of the customer are expressly rejected and shall not apply.

3. Use of the Website

  • You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You may not use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party’s use of the Website.

6. Order Process and Conclusion of Contract

  1. You select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. You proceed to checkout and provide the required details (name, address, payment information, etc.).
  3. You review your order and confirm acceptance of these Terms.
  4. By clicking the button to place the order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
  5. We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. The purchase agreement is concluded when we send this order confirmation, or when we ship the products, whichever occurs first.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, incorrect prices, or if products are no longer available.

7. Availability and Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible after receipt of payment.
  • Estimated delivery times shown on the Website or during checkout are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to third-party carriers or external circumstances.
  • Delivery is made to the address you provide during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that this address is correct.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the delivery address.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers in the EU)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a specific exception applies (for example, for sealed cosmetic products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery).

The withdrawal period of 14 days starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the products.

8.1 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly (for example, by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You may use the model withdrawal form under these Terms, but it is not obligatory.

You must return the products to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products, unless otherwise stated by us.

8.2 Condition of Returned Products

You may only handle and inspect the products as you would in a physical shop. You are liable for any reduction in value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply, or may be limited, in particular (but not exclusively) in the following cases:

  • Sealed products which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery (e.g., certain cosmetics, skincare, beauty tools).
  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Products which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will refund the purchase price (including standard shipping costs, if applicable) as soon as reasonably possible and no later than the legally required timeframe. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

11. Warranty and Complaints

We strive to deliver products in accordance with the agreement and free from defects. If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect products, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description (and, if possible, photos) of the issue.

Your statutory rights under Dutch and EU consumer law remain unaffected by these Terms.

12. Liability

  • BESO Beauty is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of business opportunities.
  • Our total liability in connection with any product purchased through the Website is limited to the amount you paid for that product, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
