Our return conditions for online purchases are as follows:

  • The return costs of €6.50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The order must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Products may not be used or damaged, and the seal of a sealed product must not be broken.

  • Returns received after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

  • If we receive a product that does not meet the above return conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept the return. Additional shipping costs will be charged to send the product back to you.
